Tributes are continuing to pour in for Angus Cloud, the Euphoria star who died at age 25.

Cloud, known for his role as Fezco on the Zendaya-led HBO series, died at his family home in Oakland, Calif., as confirmed by his loved ones on Monday, July 31. No information has been provided regarding a cause of death.

In the wake of the tragic news, members of Cloud’s Euphoria family have been paying their respects to the late actor and friend, including the creator of the hit drama, Sam Levinson

Levinson, 38, spoke out on Monday in honor of Cloud, whom he called “too special, too talented and way too young to leave us so soon.”

“There was no one quite like Angus,” Levinson said in a statement obtained by Deadline. “He also struggled, like many of us, with addiction and depression. I hope he knew how many hearts he touched.”

“I loved him. I always will,” Levinson added in the emotional message. “Rest in peace and God Bless his family.”

Cloud’s family confirmed the news of his death on Monday, revealing that the late rising star “intensely struggled” with the recent loss of his father.

“It is with the heaviest heart that we had to say goodbye to an incredible human today. As an artist, a friend, a brother and a son, Angus was special to all of us in so many ways,” the family’s statement read. “The only comfort we have is knowing Angus is now reunited with his dad, who was his best friend.”

“Angus was open about his battle with mental health and we hope that his passing can be a reminder to others that they are not alone and should not fight this on their own in silence,” the message continued. “We hope the world remembers him for his humor, laughter and love for everyone. We ask for privacy at this time as we are still processing this devastating loss.”
